MR. MAKER ("we", "us", "our") is an e-commerce store and custom 3D printing service operating at https://www.mrmaker0.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
2. Data we collect
When you create an account or place an order, we may collect:
- Google Sign-In data: your name, email address and profile picture, which Google shares with us only after you grant consent.
- Email & password sign-up: your name and email address. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us in plain text.
- Order data: your phone number, delivery address, the items you ordered and order history.
- Local device data: your shopping cart contents, stored in your browser's local storage, and an authentication session token.
We only request basic profile information (name, email, profile picture). We do not access your Google contacts, Drive, Gmail or any other Google service.
3. How we use your data
- To create and maintain your user account and sign you in securely.
- To keep track of your shopping cart and your favorites.
- To process, manage, print, ship and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.
- To show you your order history in your account page.
- To provide customer support, prevent fraud and keep our service secure.
4. No selling or sharing for advertising
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to run the store (for example our database and authentication host, Supabase, and our order-notification messaging service), who may process it only on our behalf, or when required by law. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored in a secured database with access controls that limit each customer to their own account data. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, and we keep it only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
6. Your rights and account deletion
You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and personal data. To request deletion, contact us using the details below from the email address linked to your account; we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain by law (such as basic order records).
You can also revoke MR. MAKER's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings (Security → Third-party access).
7. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
