• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful content.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

• Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only after we contact you and confirm it.
• Prices are shown on the site and are verified on our server at checkout; we may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.
• Product availability and colors depend on stock; we may cancel or adjust an order if an item becomes unavailable.
• Payment methods and delivery fees are agreed upon when we confirm your order.
• Custom 3D printing orders are made to order, and production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

The MR. MAKER name, logo, website design, text, images and product designs are owned by MR. MAKER or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

If you submit a design or file for custom printing, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe the rights of others. We may decline requests that infringe intellectual property or are unlawful.

• Please inspect your order on delivery and report any defect, damage or mistake within 3 days of receiving it.
• Defective, damaged or incorrect items will be reprinted, replaced or refunded at our discretion.
• Custom-made items printed to your specifications or files are not returnable unless they are defective or differ from the confirmed order.
• Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Contact us before sending anything back.
• Approved refunds are issued through the original payment arrangement.

To the extent permitted by law, MR. MAKER is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. 3D-printed items may show minor variations in color and finish. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
